We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, while minimal shipping charges may apply to lower-value orders. Once your order is dispatched, VSC Jewels will provide a tracking ID so you can monitor your shipment. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at VSC Jewels. We offer a return window of 7 to 10 days from the date of delivery, applicable only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The item must be returned unused, in original condition, along with packaging and certificates. Customized jewellery and certain items such as earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene and personalization reasons. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

VSC Jewels offers a one-time exchange option for eligible items such as rings or bracelets in case of size issues. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Exchange requests must be raised within the allowed return period. Customized jewellery items may not be eligible for exchange.

Pricing & Payment Policy

All prices listed on VSC Jewels are subject to change due to fluctuations in gold rates and market conditions. The final price may include making charges, taxes, and GST as applicable. We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and in some cases Cash on Delivery (COD). COD availability may be limited and could include additional charges.
